A smooth Nicaraguan coffee, roasted to medium. Our tasting notes are brown sugar, pecan pie, and chocolate. Each bag has a de-gassing valve and a resealable zipper on the back side. Brew using your favorite method, and if you don't like it, keep it and we'll give you a full refund.

I’ve tried a lot of coffee beans, including brands from Amazon, several local roasters, and other small businesses, but this is by far my favorite. I cannot recommend it enough

Wow! I think this is the best roast yet from you guys. It’s a rich, complex, and full-flavored coffee. I made it as a pour over and loved every sip. The bag of this I received (LOVE the local delivery by the way) was roasted the previous day-unbeatable freshness.
